Appointment with Nurse
Call between 8.30am - 6.00pm
Home visits
Call between 8.30am - 10.30am
Where possible, requests for home visits should be made before 10.00am to enable us to plan our work for the day. If a patient is medically unfit to attend the surgery the doctor may decide to visit them at home. When you telephone for a home visit, the Triage Nurse will ask what is wrong with the patient. This information will help to decide if a visit is required and who to visit first.
Please remember that several patients can be seen in the practice in the time that it takes to make one home visit. There are also better facilities for examining and treating patients at the Surgery.
Telephone advice
Call between 8:30 and 11.00
If you need advice from the doctor, the most convenient time to telephone is between 8:30 and 11.00 any weekday. The doctor of your choice will return your call between 12.00 and 4.00pm or at a time to suit where practicable.
Out of hours - NHS 24
