Telephone Callbacks
If you would like to speak to a doctor or nurse on the telephone we have callbacks available at various times during the day:-
- Practice Nurses – will call you back between 12 & 1pm
- Doctors – will call you back between 11:00am - 12.30pm and 2:00pm - 3:00pm
You can have a discussion with the doctor or nurse when an appointment may not be required.
You can call us at any time of day to request the telephone callback/consultation and a doctor or nurse will give you a ring back. You can request the doctor of your choice and they will ring you if they are available.
The above times for calls are approximate as there may be occasions where the doctor is called out and they will ring you back as soon as they can.
