Increase in Demand

The Practice has seen a large increase in demand for appointments with GP's and Nurses. This is the same across the whole of the UK and all GP surgeries are working hard to keep up with demand. Please bear with us at this time, each and every morning the staff and GP's at the Red Practice try to give the best possible service that our resources allow. We understand the frustration our patients are experiencing and will continue to do our utmost to work on this. We will initially offer a telephone consultation with a GP, if the GP feels they need to see you, a face to face consultation will be arranged by the GP. We now offer "book ahead" appointments for those matters that do not need to be dealt with on the same day. Please advise our staff if this would suit you when calling.
